We were recently made aware of bad actors gaining access to customer information for certain accounts. These bad actors may have had access to your name, address, account number, and email address to the extent you provided us with such information, as well as information relating to your service plan. At this time we have no evidence these bad actors gained access to your Walmart Family Mobile account.
